Kaitlyn Nicolasa Félix

My Story

Founded on a simple belief: evidence should serve people

Félix Executive was built around my decade of work in research, evaluation, and community strategy — and a conviction that the two should never be separated. Too often, organizations commission research that never reaches the community, or run outreach that isn't grounded in evidence.

I close that gap. Working fluently in English and Spanish, I bring both methodological discipline and cultural fluency to every engagement — so the insight is sound and the impact is real.

Community engagement

My Mission

Research that listens. Strategy that serves.

I exist to help mission-driven organizations understand their communities deeply and act on that understanding effectively — moving the whole way from the first research question to measurable, community-rooted results.

  • Mission-driven focusI take on work that advances the public good.
  • Community-engaged approachThe community helps shape the work — not just receive it.
  • Evidence over assumptionDecisions grounded in real research.
